Our Shipping Policy has been designed to ensure you get your order quickly, safely, and in pristine condition, whether you live in a busy city or a quiet town.

This policy outlines all important details regarding order processing, courier timelines, packaging, tracking, delivery charges, and special conditions for delays or exceptions. It reflects our core values of transparency, reliability, and customer satisfaction. 1. Service Coverage Areas

We proudly offer nationwide shipping across Pakistan, including:

  • Major cities: Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta, Hyderabad
  • Secondary cities: Sialkot, Gujranwala, Bahawalpur, Abbottabad, Sukkur
  • Rural areas and small towns (subject to courier accessibility)
  • Residential colonies, high-rise buildings, business parks, and universities

We deliver to:

  • Home addresses
  • Office addresses
  • Apartment complexes
  • Pick-up points supported by couriers

Note: International shipping is not yet available, but it is part of our future expansion roadmap.

2. Our Courier Network

We partner with some of Pakistan’s most reliable logistics companies to ensure safe and timely delivery. These include:

  • Call Courier

We select couriers based on your location, delivery speed, and parcel type. All partners provide tracked services.

3. Shipping Timelines and Order Fulfillment

We aim to process and dispatch your orders within 24–72 hours of confirmation. Fulfillment timelines may vary depending on product availability, payment method, and customer response to confirmation requests.

Estimated Delivery Timeframes:

  • Karachi: 3–5 working days
  • Lahore/Islamabad/Rawalpindi: 3–5 working days
  • Major cities: 3–5 working days
  • Remote locations: 4–7 working days

During high-volume periods (sales, Eid, public holidays), these timelines may extend by 1–3 working days.

4. Order Processing Workflow

Every order goes through a step-by-step fulfilment process:

  1. Confirmation: Once you place your order, you’ll receive an email and SMS confirmation.
  2. Verification: If you selected COD above PKR 10,000, we may call for confirmation.
  3. Payment Clearance: Prepaid orders are verified for payment success.
  4. Packing: The order is picked, checked, bubble-wrapped, and packed.
  5. Dispatch: Your package is handed over to the courier.
  6. Tracking: You’ll receive your tracking ID within 24 hours of dispatch.

5. Shipping Fees & Charges

We’ve kept our shipping fees simple and affordable.

Standard Shipping Rates:

  • Flat Rate: PKR 250 across Pakistan
  • Free Shipping: Orders above PKR 4,000 qualify for free delivery

All charges are shown at checkout and included in your invoice.

6. Free Shipping Terms & Conditions

We offer free standard shipping across Pakistan on all orders valued at PKR 4,000 or more (after discounts).

Free delivery applies to:

  • Regular orders
  • Gift sets
  • Fragrance bundles (non-clearance)

It does not apply to:

  • Clearance items
  • Bulk orders
  • Special order requests

7. Delivery Notifications and Tracking

Once your parcel is shipped, you’ll receive:

  • Courier company name
  • Unique tracking ID
  • Tracking link (via email or SMS)

You can use this tracking number to follow your order in real time via the courier’s website. If you experience issues with tracking or don’t receive an update, contact our support team.

We monitor all deliveries to ensure that no parcel goes undelivered or missing.

8. Missed Deliveries & Reattempts

If you are unavailable at the time of delivery:

  • The courier will attempt redelivery the next working day.
  • You may receive a call or SMS for confirmation.

If delivery fails after 2 attempts:

  • The order is marked as undeliverable and returned.
  • You may be charged re-shipping fees for resending the parcel.

Avoid missed deliveries by:

  • Keeping your phone reachable.
  • Provide an accurate address and a nearby landmark.
  • Authorising someone at home to receive the order.

9. Premium Packaging & Safety Assurance

Our team ensures that your fragrance is delivered as beautifully as it smells. Each package is:

  • Wrapped in shock-proof bubble wrap.
  • Secured in eco-friendly but sturdy kraft boxes.
  • Sealed with tamper-proof security tape.
  • Labelled with your name, order number, and contact.

We use “Fragile” stickers and internal padding to protect the delicate perfume bottles and attar vials from breakage.

10. Multiple Orders & Shipping Consolidation

If you’ve placed multiple orders within a 24-hour window:

  • We may merge them into a single package if the delivery address matches.
  • You will be notified via email or WhatsApp.

Shipping cost adjustments may be offered if you were charged multiple times. Contact us for manual consolidation before dispatch.

11. Delays Beyond Our Control

While we maintain high standards for order speed, some delays may be beyond our control, including:

  • Unpredictable weather conditions (rain, floods)
  • Courier hub closures
  • Political unrest or city lockdowns
  • Sudden law enforcement blockades
  • Courier worker strikes

In such cases, we keep customers updated regularly. We recommend checking your tracking links and contacting us if your parcel is delayed by more than 3 working days.

12. Payment Type and Shipping Speed

We support two payment types:

A. Prepaid Orders (JazzCash, Easypaisa, Bank Transfer)

  • Processed and shipped faster
  • Preferred for remote area delivery
  • Required for special orders or high-value transactions

B. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Available for orders under PKR 10,000
  • COD orders above this value require confirmation
  • New customers placing high-value COD orders may need to pay a token deposit

13. What to Do If Your Parcel Arrives Damaged

We recommend recording an unboxing video for transparency.

If you receive a parcel that is:

  • Damaged
  • Opened or tampered with
  • Incorrect or incomplete

Take the following steps:

  • Do not accept the parcel if visibly damaged
  • Capture photos/videos immediately
  • Contact us within 12 hours of receipt

We will investigate with the courier and provide a replacement or refund if validated.

14. Holiday Season and Campaign Shipping

During special occasions (Ramadan, Eid, Independence Day, 12.12 Sale):

  • Orders may take longer to process
  • Courier networks may be overwhelmed
  • Limited stock may cause split deliveries

We advise customers to place orders in advance during these times. Real-time tracking and extended customer support will remain available.

15. Change of Delivery Address After Order Placement

If you realise you entered the wrong address:

  • Notify our team within 6 hours of placing the order.
  • If the order hasn’t been dispatched, we’ll update the address.

Once dispatched, we cannot modify or re-route delivery addresses. Please double-check your details during checkout.

16. International Shipping Plans

As of now, DScent Fragrances only delivers within Pakistan.

We are actively working on setting up shipping to:

  • United Arab Emirates (UAE)
  • United Kingdom (UK)
  • Canada
  • United States (USA)
