Each item in your order is carefully:

2. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

If more than 48 hours pass, DScent Fragrances reserves the right to deny your return request. Our perfumes, attars, and mists are sensitive to light, heat, and tampering. Timely complaints help preserve return integrity.

3. Items Not Eligible for Return or Refund

Due to hygiene, safety, and the nature of perfumery, the following products are non-returnable:

  • Opened, unsealed, or used bottles (even one spray renders the item non-returnable).
  • Items damaged post-delivery by improper storage or handling.
  • Products returned without the original outer box, labels, or tags.
