6. Order Processing, Shipping & Delivery

All confirmed orders are processed within 1–3 working days. You will receive:

Estimated delivery times:

• Karachi: 3–5 working days
• Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi: 3–5 working days
• Other cities and remote areas: 3–7 working days

Delivery is facilitated through trusted courier partners. We are not responsible for courier delays due to external circumstances such as:

7. Returns, Refunds & Exchange Policy

Return Charges:

• Returns are not applicable to sale items or bundles unless damaged.

Refunds are issued within 7–10 working days via:

• JazzCash or Easypaisa
